Who are the users that will use the paid content, subscriptions, features, and services in the app?

At Shobbi, we have two types of users:

  • Service Providers (Partners): These are business owners or individual service providers who use the Partner App to showcase their services. They subscribe to a monthly plan to advertise their services on our platform.

  • Consumers (Users): These are individuals who use the User App to search for and purchase services from the providers. For example, a user might hire a car wash expert through the platform.

Where can users purchase the content, subscriptions, features, and services that can be accessed in the app?
  • Service Providers (Partners):They purchase subscriptions through our web panel. The subscription fees are 39 EUR per month for basic listing and 139 EUR per month for premium listing. All subscription management is handled via the web panel, not within the app.

  • Consumers (Users): Users can browse and select services in the User App. However, they do not use in-app purchases to pay for services. Instead, payments are made directly to the service provider via cash on delivery or card swipe at the merchant's location.

What specific types of previously purchased content, subscriptions, features, and services can a user access in the app?

  • Service Providers (Partners): Upon purchasing a subscription through the web panel, providers can access features such as creating and managing their service listings, advertising their services, and viewing analytics related to their listings.

  • Consumers (Users): Users can access and manage their booking history, view purchased services, and manage ongoing service engagements.

What paid content, subscriptions, or features are unlocked within your app that do not use in-app purchase?

For the User App, there are no paid features or services that use in-app purchases. All transactions for services are completed outside the app via cash on delivery or card swipe at the merchant’s location.

How do users obtain an account?
  • Service Providers (Partners): Providers can create an account for free. However, to list their services on the platform, they must subscribe to a monthly plan through our web panel.

  • Consumers (Users): Users can create an account for free and browse the services. They only pay when they decide to purchase a service from the providers, with payments made directly to the service provider.

Do users have to pay a fee to create an account?
