Commo Provider Terms and Conditions

These Provider Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between Commo ("Platform") and the provider or seller ("Provider") upon registration and acceptance of these terms.

1. Registration and Account

1.1. To become a Provider on Shobbi, the applicant must complete the registration process, providing accurate and current information.

1.2. Providers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities associated with their account.

1.3. The Platform reserves the right to refuse or revoke Provider access at its discretion.

2. Listing Products/Services

2.1. Providers must accurately represent their products or services and provide complete and truthful information in listings.

2.2. The Platform reserves the right to edit or remove any listing that violates terms or is deemed inappropriate.

3. Transactions and Payments

3.1. Providers agree to fulfill orders promptly and accurately once a transaction is made through the Platform.

3.2. The Platform will facilitate payments and may deduct applicable fees before transferring the remaining amount to the Provider.

3.3. Providers are responsible for any taxes associated with their transactions.

4. Communication and Customer Service

4.1. Providers must maintain professional communication with customers, addressing inquiries and providing support promptly.

4.2. The Platform may provide messaging features to facilitate communication between Providers and customers.

5. Ratings and Reviews

5.1. Providers acknowledge the importance of customer feedback and agree not to manipulate or incentivize reviews.

5.2. The Platform reserves the right to moderate, remove, or respond to reviews at its discretion.

6. Compliance with Laws

6.1. Providers must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

6.2. The Platform may request documentation to verify compliance with legal requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Providers retain intellectual property rights to their content but grant the Platform a license to use, display, and promote their listings on the platform.

8. Termination

8.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with notice. The Platform may terminate immediately for a breach of terms.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. The Platform reserves the right to update or modify these terms with notice to Providers.

10. Governing Law

10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
